Sean Roach
Sean Roach is shocking, but in the nicest possible way. His presentation is not politically correct nor is it what you are used to hearing. Sean is actually a lovely guy; warm, caring and funny. His presentation covers some classic methods of market research and traffic generation. He is promoting his ‘Push Me Traffic’ product and his recent book, Get Off Your Duff And Make Your Own Cheese.
Sean refers to himself as a window licker, something that reminds me of the screen lickers that are so popular as video ringtones where dogs lick the camera. I don’t believe a word of it. Sean consults with major corporations and his company is the target of the cash rich search engines, he has turned them down. He also refers to himself as a Ready-Fire-Aim guy with little or no attention span. At the tender age of only 37, Sean is ahead of his years in experience.
The Oprah Market Research Method
One of my favourite parts of Sean’s presentation is the Oprah Market Research method. Sean suggests following the Oprah show and getting an idea of niche markets from them. By paying attention to what is going on in the media, and especially product launches he suggests beginners will be able to ride the coat-tails of the big players in consumer markets by writing keyword rich articles and posting them on Squidoo & Weebly then promoting them on Digg, Mixx, Propeller & Shoutwire, not to mention submitting them to RSS directories.
Utilize Free Resources
Sean also suggests using free resources such as Craigslist, message boards, eBay and blogs to get more information about your target market. He also suggests commenting on high-traffic blogs using a monkey, Sean’s euphamism for cheap student labor. I saw on Sean’s desktop while he was trying to get a video to load that he’s also a customer of Traffic Geyser. He also promotes the use of the video squeeze page where you have a video on the left and an opt-in email squeeze form on the right.
Sean will be speaking at the next World Internet Summit

I signed for Sean’s Platinum Membership in March 2010 and I’m in the process of seeking a refund and I know another member who has already had their money refunded and others who wanted to set up a class action against them and Opportunity Avenue (who delivers this supposedly ‘VIP’ service) and Blackwire (hosting) which are both run by Greg Hughes.
We’re now at the stage where they refuse to give me a refund and are just bullying me into taking the low quality service they provide – and I mean bullying. I’m happy to share the site, eBook and correspondence with those who are considering them so you can make a decision based on what they provide and not their sales and marketing hype. I even asked Sean’s fiancé, Pia Aip, about who was responsible for driving traffic to all these sites and she told me they were, which was absolutely untrue. Unfortunately, it was one big lie from beginning to end.
Simply, they will deliver a one page website that is poorly written, with no benefits and not even proofed (as a basic, my name was spelled incorrectly 3 different times). They used another person’s website to create mine and left some of the copy in there, also with spelling mistakes! The eBook was embarrassing and there was no way I would put my name on it – about 30 pages of waffle. Greg told me not worry about the low quality of the eBook they provided, “Because people don’t read them anyway.” There’s an indication of their business ethics in that comment.
When you try to talk to them about it to resolve the issue they are quite rude and not customer focused at all. In his presentation Sean promises you will make tens of thousands from each site. They sell large and deliver below par, in fact I’m $11,250 down at this stage.
I’m pretty sure there is no way people are making thousands of dollars off these websites. I couldn’t even get them to do one properly. Buyer beware and please spread the word via FB, Twitter, blogs, so others don’t get their money stolen.
For those who have already been scammed, make a complaint with Consumer Affairs in Oregon where Opportunity Avenue are based, or just find out which state they registered in and find the relevant department, it only takes a few seconds and should hopefully stop others being scammed too and get your money back. And do more research than I did, this has been going on for a long time, they keep changing company names, check out CashLoopholesUK under RipIt (if you register you will see there are dozens of complaints).
Madisen,
I bet if you put in 1/10th of the effort you have in trying to bad mouth Sean, Greg and his team you could have some success.
As I said in another post you made…
I have used many of Sean’s products or products he promotes. Although its work and if you have heard him speak he does say
“Get Off Your Duff” many times.
I have never heard him say its easy or fast money as you are claiming.
Its funny how Madisen is saying she got scammed.
What does that mean really… Scammed?
Madisen are you an internet expert or authority?
Have you made good money online so you know what works and what will not work?
If the answer is no, then why would you say what they have done is wrong or does not work?
Prove it does not work or stop saying the things you are saying all over the internet.
I did some searching to see if you were just an Internet Marketer trying to make money by using negative wording then selling your own stuff…
And guess what I found?
You are trying to be a Success Coach!
Talking about “Values” and “100% accountable”.
You do seminars, personal coaching and YES you sell stuff online.
The internet lets you really look at things or who people are if you do some digging.
So what is the real motive behind the things you are saying?
Now, I have not had Sean, Greg or his team make anything for me so I can’t talk about the sites you mention that are “one page website that is poorly written”, but I have used many of the products Sean and his team have created.
I won’t say they all worked, but 80% of them did.
Was it a learning curve for me?
You bet it was.
Some nights I wanted to throw the computer out the window, but I just took a break.
I was determined to make it work for me and my goals and be 100% accountable.
I know from being at events that if your looking for easy money, no work and the magic button… well then your right Sean is not for you.
Maybe Madisen is looking for the easy way to life?
Looking for easy, would not do any work and when she was not rolling in cash felt ripped off. (Madisen you have posted that he said “make tens of thousands from each site”)
If this is the case (and sure seems that way) it would be a shame and shame on Madisen for saying what she is saying.
As for the other sites CashLoopholesUK, they are an affiliate site trying to sell you junk.
They pretend to be a consumer site.
The product you/they talk about on that site was an old product and by 2009 was on its way out as it did not work anymore.
I know as I used it.
But things change on the internet all the time. I could not do the things I do with video today even a year ago. So I’m glad things change.
What has been good with Sean is he says when a product or trend is on the way out and most of the time has been working on new things already.
What has really amazed me is the new products were given to me as a past customer.
He was NOT SELLING, but giving his new stuff to all his past clients.
Can’t say that for many people in Internet Marketing. They have something new and you can have it also, but for a price. Sean has never done that and I got his CD’s & Internet manuals in Sydney in 2006. Since then when he has something new and cutting edge, I have gotten it at no cost. Show me one person who does that, just one!
The work I have put in from the things he has taught me over the years has paid off, but it paid off for ME because of THE WORK I DID.
This would go for anyones products or anything you do.
Apply yourself and it will work.
Look for a magic pill, like it seems Madisen has and yes you might will feel scammed or is she scamming people to her program?
So if you want to write the Consumer Affairs, let them know the truth. Let them know how much work you put in and what you were willing to do for yourself, your goals and your business to make it happen.
And please let them know about shameless people like Madisen who’s real motive is trying to promote herself and her own stuff.
I leave you with what I have heard Sean says many times…
just “Get Off Your Duff” and make it happen.

I’m with Madisen! I have 2 friends who recently attended the same Sean Roach internet marketing seminar in Sydney. Fortunately for me I was travelling overseas the next day so could not attend. Everything written in her statement is true also for my friends who are desperately trying to get a refund of the $12,000 they spent on useless products that were a far cry from what was promised.
Sean Roach should be on your scam page. There are certainly enough results in Google that point to that conclusion.
